Kristina's job is to find your special residence in a neighborhood you love, and at a price you can afford. Particularly fond of older properties that need "a little TLC," she enjoys sharing her knowledge and contact with buyers to turn these hidden gems into the home of their dreams. Kristina has been managing personal investment property in Florida since 2009, gaining experience as a landlord, manager and investor. She also purchased a home in Park Slope she had renovated, which armed her with extensive insight on quality finishes, materials and contractors. Specializing in sales and rentals in the area, she believes, "The real estate market is unique to each location. In NYC, people are spending a lot per square foot and want to maximize their value. I research diligently looking for the best opportunities to nest, and invest!" A Brooklyn College graduate, Kristina received her BS in Accountancy and continued on to receive a second degree in Business Management and Investments. She was born in Russia but completed high school and college in Brooklyn. Kristina loves her Park Slope neighborhood, and would not want to live anywhere else. In her free time she enjoys photography, traveling and spending time with her family.
