Kristina Young- Philbin is Team Leader for The Infinity Home Team at EXP Realty. Licensed since 2009 and working full time the Real Estate industry. She is a mother of 3, 2 high schoolers and 1 in elementary in the Elkhorn Community. Each of them are all very active in their sports and schooling and the light of her life. Kristina also has a furbaby named "Bayley" who is often displayed across her social media and brings so much joy to her life. Community Involvement
We enjoying hosting various community events each year. Whether we host a craft fair to support small businesses, or invite the public to come see Santa every December or host free first time homebuyer, seller, and new construction seminars. One of my favorite annual charities is collected coats, hats, and gloves for the Winter Coat Drive with the Salvation Army. We love to donate to Toys for Tots each year as well!
Hobbies/Interest
I enjoy watching my boys play Baseball and watching my daughter Cheerlead!
Family
I am a mother of 3. 2 High Schoolers and 1 in Elementary School. They are all very athletic kids and keep my husband and I busy. We also try to help out with Coaching, Team Bondings, and Booster Clubs at the school when we can!

1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Save you money. Don't go further into debt. Do not buy a new car or open up any new credit cards. But most of all have fun with it and be excited for such a huge step in your life! Ask for a copy of my Free Homebuyers Guide!
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Home maintenance is important! All those odd end jobs you put off all those years will matter when it comes time to sell. Curb Appeal matters, and how you decorate or who you partner with to help you " Stage to Sell" matters. 3) What types of clients have you worked with?
I have worked with clients from all walks of life. From First time home buyers such as young couples making their first move before the Big Day! Or mama's and dad's getting ready to have a baby and they want someplace to raise their children. I have customers who have out grown thier current home with a growing family and are looking for something larger. I have customers who are downsizing their lifestyle and looking to not have such as large as they are now empty nesters! Whatever the reason for your move I can help!
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
Most recently I helped some very nice people move out of their 4000 sq ft lake home, host an estate sale, and move into their Independent living new home which was the next stage of their life. They were so thankful and so appreciative to have someone there who knew what to do and when and to hold their hand along the way. When they sold their home that was their retirement, the income they were going to live off of for the rest of their lives and we were able to bring them enough to do just that!
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
Born and raised in Omaha, NE. I have grown up in the real estate industry. My family ties to Real Estate stretch back for generations. I started working in Real Estate when I was only 16 and never left!
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
I continue to learn. Each day I listen to podcasts, and participate in webinars and am constantly learning. To grow my knowledge to be the best agent and Realtor to help you! Continuing Education is exciting to me and I love going to Annual Conferences, Such as EXP Con and The International Builders Show in Vegas! Over the years, I have worked for a title company and hosted live Real estate closings, I own a Land Development Company where we turn cornfields into a neighborhoods, my husband and I flip homes and own rentals. AND my husband and I own a home building company in the Omaha, Nebraska Metro where we build semi custom homes and custom homes! I am truly a New Home, First Time Home Buyer, Home Seller, and New Construction Specialist.
