Kristina is fabulous, determined, respectful, empathetic, responsive, I could go on. Kristina checks all the boxes for what a person needs in a realtor, especially in this market. She takes the time to find out what it is youre looking for in a home, really wants you to know she listened, and is ready to get you what you want and Need (and sometimes we didnt know what we needed-but Kristina did), and thats exactly what happened for us! Kristina pushed through this market and the lack of inventory with us for MONTHS, never wavered, never gave up, walked through every possibility from building, to renovating, to buying, and once she found it she negotiated us into the perfect home for our family. She is SO knowledgeable about the area and surrounding towns far and wide, and shes super well-connected. That was especially helpful for us coming from out of state. What was so nice is that she is totally up on the legal side of things, always knew the answer, and when she needed to look something up she was transparent about it, found the answer, and guided us in the right direction. That was so important to me personally because she walks the walk (and does it in really great shoes). Cant ask for anything better in a professional youre trusting to help you make a major life decision and probably one youre about to spend a lot of time with! Kristinas commitment to our happiness was unparalleled. She came highly recommended by a friend and we are so grateful she was there for us start to finish. She still is in fact, we consider her a good friend, and someone we plan to have in our lives from here on out. When my wife and I started working with Kristina, she promised us 2 things. 1. She could get us into a home by the end of summer. 2. She could get us into a home within 3 bids.Despite our search taking place in one of the worst buyers markets in recent history, she nailed it on both.Quite simply, there are not enough great things we can say about Kristina. Not only did she go above, beyond, and out of her way to ensure we were not only satisfied and happy throughout our decision making process. But she was always knowledgeable, transparent, and NEVER pushy.My wife and I have VERY different ideas when it comes to taste, location, or what a reasonable budget is. Somehow Kristina managed week after week to provide us realistic options the we could actually see ourselves in.Beyond simply doing the research, Kristina is incredibly responsive. Be it a quarter to midnight or seven in the morning, Kristina rarely if ever let a message go un-responded more than a few minutes. I'm not quite sure she ever sleeps.From looking at our first house, to our fiftieth, Kristina always made sure we we're comfortable and that the viewing was actually worth our time. TL:DR - Kristina is honestly a class act. She knows the area incredibly well. She's extremely well versed in what to look out for, what to push on, and what needs to realistically be done to ensure you're happy and getting what you want at the end of the day. Not that we plan on purchasing another home anytime soon, but we would 100% work with Kristina again. She'll fight for what you want and is absolutely someone you would want on your side.
