Kristina was incredible from first message to our closing date. She listened intently to every single need we brought to the table even ones that we were just discussing amongst ourselves. We had a checklist of our non-negotiables going into buying and didnt feel like it was attainable within our tight budget. We shared our budget with Kristina early on and she never pushed us to exceed it or to consider anything else. She helped us feel capable and confident in our search. Within a couple of weeks of working with us, Kristina was able to take us to the doorstep of the home that checked all of our boxes within our budget. She has extensive knowledge and unwavering confidence when it comes to real estate that makes her stand out from anyone else weve ever worked with. We know Kristina is a well sought after local realtor and has many other clients to take care of, but we would have never have known aside from the reputation that preceded her.
