The team is made up of a six Licensed Realtors, Operations Manager, Listing Coordinator, Closing Coordinator and Marketing Manager who work directly with you to provide a smooth real estate process. Together they leverage advanced approaches to marketing and make use of technology and online applications for sellers and buyers. Kristin's roll is handling buyer leads and seller leads and turning them into clients, in addition to working her on sphere. Kristins love for homes is evident and her keen visual eye for any home has a positive outlook. With just under twenty years of social work experience, her every day routine coincides with real estate. Working with all types of people and managing their treatment, handling clients and files from start to finish, counseling them in what may be best for them and their family and the emotional experience is some like real estate sellers and buyers, although understandably a different type of emotions. Kristin is gearing up for a successful career in continuing to help others! Kristin has lived in Central Florida for almost thirty years, local alumni to Lake Brantley High School and University of Central Florida proving her exceptional knowledge for the area. In her spare time, she enjoys the outdoors and boating with her husband, son and daughter. Todd's Team consists of two full-time buyers/sellers agents, Angela McCurdy and Kristin Vigie. Also, the team has three driven individuals for their administrative support staff. Esperanza Gonzales, the listing coordinator, who handles our seller's files from pre-listing until contract. Katie Ballinger, the closing coordinator and licensed agent, who then takes each file from contract to close managing inspections, appraisals and having direct communication with lenders, title companies, and the client. Rachel Tierney, the marketing coordinator, and licensed agent focus on creative and proprietary marketing techniques including marketing property listings, taking property photos, creating advertising pieces and managing social media campaigns.
