We began our search for a home, (and a realtor, it turned out), in June of 2021. We had tried to work with two realtors, neither of which seemed very interested in our particular situation. By September, we decided we would try one more realtor. The third choice was definitely a charm with Kristin! She was eager to show us a house. She was up front about the house having possible foundation issues. The three of us discovered it was more than obvious when the floors of the rooms, and even the basement, sloped in different directions! Due to multiple factors, my partner and I decided to postpone our home search until the spring of 2022. Kristin said to give her a call when we were ready. Since we had definitely "clicked" with Kristin, I contacted her in April. She was willing to travel anywhere within our search area, which spanned portions of two counties east of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Kristin gave excellent accounts of the pros and cons, in her informed opinion, of each property we visited. She always greeted us with her warm and beautiful smile. I think she even understood my partners warped attempts at humor! We closed on the "house of our dreams" in mid-June. We couldn't be happier with our new home, or with choosing Kristin to help in our journey to find it. Kristin is kind, patient, and professional, both in appearance and in her knowledge. She was helpful throughout the mortgage and purchase process. We HIGHLY recommend KRISTIN SUSA! Choose her and you will not be disappointed! (I almost forgot to mention! We sold our previous home in ONE DAY! We were proud to display the "For Sale/SOLD" sign with Kristin's name and picture in the front yard!)
