As far as the behind the scenes process of both buying and selling with contracts, offers, etc, she makes the process incredibly smooth and makes sure that nothing is missed. There were absolutely zero hiccups in our buying or selling process with Kristin and it was an extremely fast turn around time, and she missed nothing. Closings were quick and easy because she helped us be prepared. When it comes to selling your home, Kristin was able to get our photos done and on the market within the week! My wife and I tried selling our home 2021 but we were not ready for sale. Some needed repairs and cleaning up were necessary plus RE taxes were messed up and we took the house off the market. We worked with Kristin from out of state and 3 time zones away. She was our eyes and ears and took care of us throughout the whole process when we couldn't be there in person.
