What value does a realtor bring to the home buying process anymore, given there is so much information available online? Are they worth the price anymore or are they just a necessary evil in todays market? After working with Kristen and Kendall, we quickly realized how much value a local, reputable, and well-connected agent brings to the table. Sure, we were able to identify houses through online searches, but what you cant see, even during showings, is the neighborhood dynamic. During showings, Kristin was busy calling friends in each neighborhood, giving us invaluable information well beyond what you can find online or even see in person while youre at a house for an hour. When it came to making a competitive offer, her insights were always spot on with comps and gut feelings. We got our first bad taste of the competitive Spring 2022 market, being one of 13 offers where the top offer was a crazy 25% over asking, and she quickly became our therapist and friend (probably in that order). This all led to finding our dream home in a family-friendly neighborhood that we never thought existed. Kristin was in close contact with the sellers, allowing us to make a competitive offer within our budget. From the offer to the inspection, and through closing, she was in daily contact with us to keep our mind at ease.Then we chose to list our home and the Reyes Team knocked it out of the park! Kristin walked through our home and advised what we should fix up and how to set up the rooms. Their picture and video crew, along with the marketing of the Reyes Team, did a fantastic job highlighting our home, which brought a ton of families though the open house. A week after accepting an offer, the buyer's financing fell through and we had another direct conversation with Kristin, who advised us to have another open house. A day after our second open house, we accepted an even better offer, which has since closed! There were more unavoidable bumps in the road than we ever anticipated in both the purchase of our current home and sale of our previous. It has never been more evident that having the right partner to navigate these waters is invaluable. Were so thankful for the Reyes Team and cannot imagine working with anyone else.

I recently sold a rental property in Nashua and hired Kendall to be our realtor. Kendall and Kristin are very knowledgeable about the real estate market, and keep up on the daily changing market trends. I can personally say that Kendall and Kristin both have a passion for their profession, and its obvious when you speak with them. As far as negations were concerned, Kendall is a very likable person and when people see that he is very genuine, they are more willing to negotiate with him. Picture this : youve never bought a house, you have no clue what the process is, and then the pandemic hits and turns the housing market upside down. Youd probably feel a little lost, right? WRONG if you have the right team! Not once during our lengthy process did my husband and I ever feel like we were drowning in the details when we had Kristin and Kendall by our side. They worked with us on a level that a new homeowner absolutely needs. We were never in the market for a brand-new house, but they let us know if we might be in over our heads with certain fixer uppers we were interested in due to the amount of work that would be needed based on their extensive knowledge. They were extremely honest during the process, which is what a couple who thought they could fix everything needed to hear. The guidance and support from this duo throughout this journey was ideal, they are quick to communicate, explained the process in great detail, answered all of our questions (probably more than once), and never lost hope in our almost year and a half search. It also helps when they are super fun to work with! Kristin eventually found us a house that hit every requirement we had, is in a beautiful town, and we were able to get our offer accepted quickly. I recommend Kristin and Kendall to everyone I know looking to purchase and they will be our first go-tos if we ever decide its time to look again.
