What value does a realtor bring to the home buying process anymore, given there is so much information available online? Are they worth the price anymore or are they just a necessary evil in todays market? After working with Kristen and Kendall, we quickly realized how much value a local, reputable, and well-connected agent brings to the table. Picture this : youve never bought a house, you have no clue what the process is, and then the pandemic hits and turns the housing market upside down. Youd probably feel a little lost, right? WRONG if you have the right team! Not once during our lengthy process did my husband and I ever feel like we were drowning in the details when we had Kristin and Kendall by our side.
