1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
First get pre approved so you know where you and comfort level is at in terms of payment so you are looking at properties that meet your needs and comfort level in regards to price and payment.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Declutter before listing , get a market analysis so you can prepare for an accurate sales price.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
All types- First time buyers, empty nester sellers and buyers downsizing, buyers moving up in size and price of house.
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
I represented a seller and buyer in the same transaction , the seller wanted to sell her house to a family that really wanted to be a homeowner rather than an investor and I happened to have a first time buyer that kept getting outbid on houses and really wanted this particular house which he ended up winning the offer out of 5 bids.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
I wanted to be an agent when I was in my 20's but didn't pursue and regretted so when i finished having my children and the last one was entering school I did soul searching and discovered that I really wanted to try real estate with the flexible hours .
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
Senior Real Estate Designation- I'm a baby boomer and we are starting to downsize.
