Firstly, Kristin sat me down for a review of "how it all works" from first starting out with zero experience (my situation) to keys in hand. She patiently walked me through the logistics, bank, legal, county, etc components. She even gave me a list of bankers with better rates to go chat with. Thereafter, she was very patient and worked with me for several months (you read that correctly), as I refined and narrowed down my criteria. Kristin was an amazing partner during our move to the Walnut Creek / Lamorinda area from out of state. Kristin easily worked with our loan broker and insurance representative. Her team worked really hard to move us quickly through inspections despite some unusual circumstances that posed some delays. Despite being out of state during much of the process she kept us informed and maintained clear lines of communication. I cant thank Kristin enough for her help finding my first home!
