I dont even know where to begin, Austin is a FANTASTIC realtor. He listened to all my needs and wants when it came to what I was looking for in a property. When I found one I liked, he was on top of getting a offer written up and sent out quickly! Kristin Halton is the best realtor in Orange County and the one you want to choose if you are serious about buying or selling a new home in the area. Kristin's knowledge of the market, the locations, and her sales strategy is second to none. She will do a great job leaving no stone unturned throughout the process until you are satisfied with the end result. One of the things I loved about working with Kristin is that she never said no! She was always available to show us a property at the spur of a moment and always available for a phone call or text, no matter the time of the day. It is nice knowing that you have someone with her acumen in your corner. Another great thing about Kristin is that she will go to bat for you no matter the offer. She does everything in her power to get the deal done for her clients. Her advice when it comes to positioning of the deal and negotiation strategy is superior to anyone else I have ever work with. Kristin and her team are fantastic! We had 3 realtors come by and reviewing their presentations but ultimately we used the Halton Group to sell our house. Kristin showed up and gave a presentation about what she could offer and bring to the table. We discussed our expectations and what we were looking to accomplish. Kristin was professional and we felt confident talking to her that she was vested in selling our home, and that she wasn't just saying she could perform to get the listing. She was very interested in all the upgrades we had done to the house and leveraged her connections and marketing team to best showcase our house as the best in the neighborhood, which it was! It was important that our home was being sold as if it was hers as we put a lot of hard work into it over the years and felt we didn't cut corners and we wanted to make sure that came out in the listing and during showings. We had 6 or 7 offers in the first few days after they started showing it, and all offers were above asking price and went into escrow within a week after that! If I had another home to sell I would go back to Kristin in a heartbeat!In addition, Gina is masterful in her handling of the day to day contact with the other agent and the buyers of our home. She is on top of her game and I honestly dont know if we would have survived this process without her. She was very responsive and knowledgeable which was very important as we navigated through all the difficult aspects of selling a home (one would think its easy but it is not!). Also we wanted to provide a shoutout to Caitlin on her team who was not only involved in the impressive marketing, but she also made herself available for showings! All hands were on deck to sell our home and it's fantastic to see. Couldn't be happier with our outcome and all that Kristin and her team (including Gina and Caitlin) put into selling our home.

I can not even fully put into words how absolutely AMAZING Kristen and her team were. Over the past 2 1/2 years we had been trying to sell our house in Corona. No one seemed to be able to seal the deal. We had given 2 other Realtors a full YEAR each to sell it and they just couldn't do it.
