Properties that are priced right and staged well SELL. In addition, do not underestimate the putting your very best foot forward with a thorough cleaning! If you want to maximize your proceeds, I recommend hiring a professional cleaner for sure. As far as staging goes, in most cases, you can simply schedule a walk through and see how best to utilize your current furnishings, where to reduce clutter and how to set the stage with accents and accessories!
