I loved working with the Kristin Francis Team. We purchased virtually and they helped make the process seamless. They entertained all of our crazy notions and seemingly odd questions about properties and kept us on track through the whole experience. I worked most closely with Marzia and she was very knowledgeable and a wonderful videographer. From the very first time meeting Julia we were given the red carpet treatment. Julia held my hand every step of the way.
