It was such a great experience getting to work with Kristin Egmont as my realtor. As a first-time home buyer, she was super helpful showing me homes in my price range and walking me through the process of buying my first home. She was very responsive and accommodating with my schedule and always made time to meet me at homes I was interested in. It can become very stressful dealing with all the different things that go into buying a house, but she helped me stay on track and was super great at moving the process along when things were getting stuck with the attorney and lender. She is very personable and she knew exactly what I wanted in a home. She's the reason I now have my beautiful home in Newtown CT, which was my dream town! The home came back on the market very briefly and she got me right in there that same day. We jumped on the opportunity and she had a great relationship with the seller's agent as well. She is definitely a real estate agent you want representing you, I can't recommend her enough!
