I bought my very first condo earlier this year with the help of the Kristie Martinelli team specifically from my agent Courtney Pittman! Right off the bat she was quick and responsive, didnt pressure us into buying but was a great help in getting me my very first starter condo. I took a star off because I ended up landing a bit over listing price, but other than that everything went great. Id certainly recommend her and go back should I need to buy or sell my property

I can't recommend Kristen Perry enough! My spouse and I were first time home buyers. We first met Kristen at an open house when we were just beginning to look at houses and both walked out after 15 min knowing we wanted to work with her. My spouse and I were apprehensive about navigating the complicated process, but she made everything so much easier. From the very beginning, Kristen broke down each step, making it digestible and stress-free. Her advocacy for us was incredible -- she truly had our best interests at heart. We had the pleasure of having Kristie Martinelli and Kristen Perry as our realtor. They were very professional, knowledgable and accommodating to our needs. They knew how much the house should cost and how to get us there. They helped us communicate with the sellers despite them not being present in the US.
