Within 17 days, we bought and closed on our new home, prepared our current home for sale (three toddlers = lots of prep work), listed it, received multiple offers, and were under contract. It truly takes a real estate guru and miracle team to make that happen in such a short time frame.This is the second home my husband and I bought with Kristi. While we weren't actively looking, perusing Zillow one day we saw a home with which we fell in love. We weren't actively looking to buy, but this just felt like our dream home.
