Once an offer is made knowing how to effectively negotiate and advise a seller is a important skill every Realtor should know how to do. After contract acceptance the work continues. Keeping an eye on the milestones, troubleshooting any issues and ensuring the terms of the contract are being fulfilled so the transaction closes on time and with the least amount of stress for the client is important to me.
