As it turned out we didnt buy in that neighborhood but are so thankful we got connected with Kristi! I know Kristi is crazy busy, but my wife and I felt like we were the only clients she was working with. She effortlessly made time for all our showing requests and was super responsive to calls, texts, and emails. We also werent buying the most expensive house in town, but Kristi and her team treated us like we were buying a million dollar property. I was continually amazed at how quickly she was able to move the process along once we had made an offer and were under contract. When we looked at a close date less than 30 days out, she didnt blink but just started pulling the levers to make it happen. The other thing I appreciated about Kristi and Stacy was their attention to detail on keeping us informed of every step in the buying/closing process. Her team sent almost daily, customized update emails in a beautiful full color presentation with a photo of the house we were buying and details about what was happening and what we needed to do to keep on our timeline. For me those update emails spoke volumes regarding Kristis professionalism and attention detail. Our experience with Kristi and her team was like taking a trip in a luxury car vs. an economy car. Both will get you to the destination, but one is a much more enjoyable experience!
