Its extremely difficult to write this review and not sound completely biased. I was a first time homebuyer using my VA loan and had absolutely zero clue about how anything with real estate works, I probably gave Kristen a literal 100+ phone calls. I even started calling them aEURoemy daily phone callsaEUR? I always told her they would be five minutes and ended up being an hour, and she never complained. She made the buying process extremely simple gave plenty of great suggestions and connected me with some really great people. I'm extremely happy she was my realtor and if I were to ever buy a home again, or a friend needed a suggestion I would 1,000,000% use her again. Thank you for helping with our families home!! Kristen is an absolutely wonderful realtor. She went above and beyond for us during the search and purchase of our home. She was highly recommended from a good friend of mine and definitely exceeded the mark. We needed to relocate from San Diego to Southern Maryland and didnt know anything about the area. We did the entire process remotely, without seeing homes in person. She patiently worked with us while we searched and toured homes on our behalf with us joining on FaceTime. She was able to provide good information and recommendations which assisted greatly in the selection of our current home. She gave us valuable information on the area and was able to answer all questions with the plethora of paperwork that comes with purchasing a home. She organized and planned to required inspections, repairs and cleaning to have our new home ready for us after our journey across the country. We were undoubtedly nervous about purchasing a home weve never seen in person, but Kristen ensured we would have no regrets.
