I was a first time homebuyer using my VA loan and had absolutely zero clue about how anything with real estate works, I probably gave Kristen a literal 100+ phone calls. I even started calling them aEURoemy daily phone callsaEUR? I always told her they would be five minutes and ended up being an hour, and she never complained. She made the buying process extremely simple gave plenty of great suggestions and connected me with some really great people.
