1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
A buyers agent can offer market expertise, negotiating skills, and access to new listings. In a sellers market where houses are going fast, it is extremely helpful to have a n agent with the most up to date information on your local market.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Consult a trusted realtor with a solid sales history. Ask questions and work with an agent that is communicative.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
I have worked with first time buyers, people looking for a vacation home, upsizers, downsizers and everything in between.
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
I just sold a home for a family that had lived in their home over 50 years. The transaction was very emotional but I got them 19 offers and $45,000 over asking!
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
By accident. I had left a career in the corporate world. I couldn’t find a job and my friend asked me to take the real estate class. The rest is history.
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
I have sold over 200 homes and I’m the number 1 agent in my office in 2020 having sold 55 homes in one year. I have my brokers license and I’m also a notary making it convenient during the pandemic to notarize clients documents so they do not have to attend the closing.
