On a whim my wife and I saw a house we loved. We were not prepared to jump into the house buying processes but we decided to just go for it without doing any research or forward planning anyway. My wife reached out to a friend and he highly recommended Kristen Riley. We had already seen the house and gotten our preapproval within 24 hours. SO, we wanted to make an offer. THAT SAME NIGHT, Kristen had our paperwork drawn up. (Seller did not accept, womp womp). This ended up being a blessing that we didnt see coming. After searching with Kristen for a month or so, we viewed a few homes and finally found our first home that we could see ourselves happy in. This is where she shined in our eyes. We had no idea what to do next. Every step of the way she answered our questions/our lenders questions and helped up make sound choices by offering her knowledge from her past experiences.
