Kristen was so great to work with. As someone who hasnt ever sold property before Kristen was an outstanding agent who made great suggestions regarding what needed to be done (or not done) to get the house to market. She was always extremely responsive, often answering a text or email really late at night when I had just thought of something and didnt expect an answer until the next day. She was always upbeat and helped us to not get discouraged during the process. And she new the market really well and was able to negotiate a really good price for us.
