She not only impressed us, she blew us away on all of the tools she has in her tool box in terms of real estate experience, marketing, business acumen and negotiating skills. She came over and walked our entire house and gave staging pointers. She even went as far as bringing decor to help stage our house. She walked every room and told us exactly what we needed to do, from repairs to decluttering to decorating tips. She had photographs and the listing on the market within 3 days! She walked us through every question and had a plan to get us the most money for our house. She also walked us through the purchase of our new house as well. We could not have been more pleased with the service. She responds quickly, takes calls at all hours of the day(sorry Kristen) and kept us informed throughout the entire process. She gave helpful tips and reminders to make the move as seamless and effortless as possible.
