Born and raised (and perhaps somewhat biased) in what I've come to realize as one of the greatest places to live, Maryland's Eastern Shore is not just home, but family. Kristen is a gem! Finding a house out of state in a competitive market is challenging, but Kristen was outstanding, knowledgeable and incredibly responsive. With houses selling so quickly, and my husband and I being out of state, Kristen went above and beyond to keep us ahead of the competition, even doing virtual walk throughs with us so we could make an offer quickly! When it came time to write up an offer, she was extremely proactive and great with negotiations. I truly do not think we would have found our house without her and so quickly! She was truly wonderful to work with at each step of the home buying process!
