Recently, we worked with Kristen both on the sale of our existing home as well as the purchase of a new home - In the middle of a nationwide pandemic.We had discussed the prospect of working with Kristen approximately 6 months in advance of the decision to list our house. Because we knew Kristen personally, we knew of her integrity, work ethic and level of professionalism. In our initial meeting concerning the sale of our house, Kristen outlined approximately 10 items that we should change or fix. She also arranged to have a stager/decorator tour our house and together, they put forward a detailed report. We followed all of the suggested recommendations. On the marketing side, Kristen arranged to have drone images included as part of our marketing collateral. Once the property was listed, we had 5 offers within 24 hours, all at or above the listed price. This outcome we attribute to the very well honed process that Kristen and her team employed.Kristen was very helpful in helping identify a new property which we would eventually purchase. We looked at a broad range of properties and I was impressed with her understanding of the geographical area, construction and amenities of various properties, local building codes as well as contemporary finishes. Ultimately, we submitted an offer where I felt we were very well represented by Kristen and followed her guidance which yielded an agreement that was a win for both parties and well below the appraised value we received.It is without hesitation that I would highly recommend Kristen Gagnon for either the sale of an existing property or the purchase of a new one.

Kristen was recommended to me by my dad. I Kept asking my dad what I could do to make the value of my townhouse go up because I knew that I wouldnt be there forever and he said I know the perfect person, she is a realtor. I told him I dont want a realtor coming to my house because she is going to pressure me to sell. He said no just trust me and so I did. He told Kristen that I would be calling. She called and got in touch with me. She came and was super friendly and gave us great advice on what we could do to get the best value. She didnt try to push anything on us. I asked her if she knew how much I could sell the townhouse for and she already had comps printed out for me to see. I was shocked how much We could sell it for. We were hesitant because it was going to cost us a bit to do some work and we were not in the position to work on it because we were soon getting married and basically spent all the savings that we had. She said thats no problem and set up an appointment with our lender so we could see what we could do to make it happen. We took out a small home equity line of credit because we all knew the money was there in the house. When we got to the end of fixing up the house I wanted to start looking at houses. We went out the first time and didnt find anything at all. We went out a second time and we fell in love with our house now. I said what do we need to do to get this house? She said well your house needs to get on the market tomorrow because you cant buy this house until you get an offer on your current house. She made that happen. Within 24 hours my house had multiple offers. We then put an offer in on the new house and that was accepted. I told Kristen that I would like to be moved in the new house a week before we get married and so she worked her magic and made it happen. It was tough and very close but it happened. Needless to say she did all the hard work and just made it happen so we can live in our new home!! I would recommend her to anyone and everyone.
