Kristen was recommended to me by my dad. I Kept asking my dad what I could do to make the value of my townhouse go up because I knew that I wouldnt be there forever and he said I know the perfect person, she is a realtor. I told him I dont want a realtor coming to my house because she is going to pressure me to sell. He said no just trust me and so I did. He told Kristen that I would be calling. Within 24 hours my house had multiple offers. We then put an offer in on the new house and that was accepted. I told Kristen that I would like to be moved in the new house a week before we get married and so she worked her magic and made it happen. It was tough and very close but it happened. Needless to say she did all the hard work and just made it happen so we can live in our new home!! I would recommend her to anyone and everyone.
