We contacted Kristen very last minute to help us find a home to buy due to a job relocation. We didn't have much time to get this accomplished and Kristen was willing to jump right in with us quickly. She was always available to us. I hit the jackpot when the first realtor I tried to contact failed to call me back. Kristen answered my call immediately and met me on a moments notice to show me a piece of property. After showing me the home I knew she was to be my realtor. No one on this planet could be more accommodating than Kristen. I was moving out of state and had made several trips to Texas to look for homes. Each time we spent days upon days together looking for property and not once did Kristen give me a feeling that I was imposing upon her. Not only that, I never felt guilty for using her time since she so wonderfully conveyed her willingness to find us the right home. Because of the software tools available to real estate purchasers today I found myself looking at a number of homes. When we finally found the home for us on a Sunday Open House, a day in which Kristen and I weren't even scheduled to be together, she dropped all she was doing and met us at the property and quickly formulated a plan for providing the right offer to secure this home we had been searching for. Honestly, that is when she went into high gear. Not only did she know the offer process (for which there were several other offers on this property) and the market environment, she negotiated a price reduction during the appraisal process.I would be more than happy to talk with anyone about how much I respect Kristen for her work ethic and negotiation skills.
