We live out of state and needed to sell my mothers home in Las Vegas. Krista did an amazing job of pricing and then listing the house, arranging handymen to make a few repairs, finding a buyer, and then setting up the title/closing process. Actually, she found two well-qualified buyers for us. After the first buyer made an offer, the house went into probate upon my mothers death, which meant we had to take the house off the market and the buyer understandably backed out. Krista worked with our attorney, got the house relisted where it was approved by the court, and found the eventual buyer.
