I went on line to find a local realtor, filled out my info & was told I would have a lot of realtors contact me & I would be able to choose the realtor I would be comfortable with. I was contacted by several realtors within the next couple of days, Krissy was the only one that did what she said she would do & had great follow up. My wife & I met with Krissy & expressed our expectations, she was very straight forward with what we needed to do & we came to an agreement on what to list our house for. When it came time to list it we had three people look at the house within a two hour time frame & all three put a contact on it. One of the three had been preapproved & we closed a month later. I highly recommend Krissy Mireles she is awesome.
