This is second time I have used Kris White as my realtor and it wont be my last . I have used him as a sellers and buyers agent and he has exceeded my expectations. I have a little real estate background licensed in another state and I can tell you he goes above and beyond what is required in the job description. Your home is his number one priority. As a buyer he is a ferocious negotiator. My last purchase he was able to get the seller to lower the purchase price by almost 18% and saved me 75k. As a sellers agent when I sold my home he marketed the property to the correct audience/demographic and got the home sold under normal market times for my asking price to some snowbirds up north for a quick cash sale. Kris Whites real estate network in the Gulf Coast is unprecedented. If you plan on using another realtor you are leaving money on the table . Kris White came through for me in selling my condo during this challenging real estate market. After speaking with him on the phone he impressed me with his positive and friendly personality. He worked in getting just the right presentation online, helping to present the unit in the best way possible. While it was slow at first, he never gave up and assured me we would get it sold. When offers started coming in, he oversaw the negotiations, keeping me informed minute by minute. His determination is phenomenal! Once the offer was satisfactory to all parties, he went into high gear, finalizing all the last-minute tasks. We closed on schedule, making me one happy seller!
