She got us the last showing appointment for the home by negotiating with the listing agent. During the short escrow she coordinated the inspections, answered my questions regarding property taxes, impound fees, mortgage rates, and the escrow process. She also helped us plan for renovations & repairs for the next 10 years and got us in contact with vendors she trusts.
