1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Work with a lender you trust, be patient, don’t settle, trust your Realtor and you will find that home you love!
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Clean is key! Trust your Realtor, try to look at your home from a buyer’s perspective, be realistic and consider using a stager.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
I have worked with all types of clients, from first time homebuyers to seasoned buyers and sellers, everyone has a story that has lead them to their current situation so listening to yours is a priority to me, it helps me to provide you with the best client experience.
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
I had a young couple, looking to start a family, they had an eclectic taste in homes but we found them one, they were able to close the deal and had a baby about a year later…
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
I retired from public education and wanted to continue to use my people skills and to help others, Realestate gave me a flexible schedule plus the ability to make people smile!
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
I continually take classes involving the real estate industry, from septic to FHA loans to refining my searches to appraisals, all to stay in the know and be a real estate resource for my clients.
