Kris is a terrific realtor: We've work with her to purchase an investment property, and she was very patient with us in the lengthy process of viewing and writing up offers on several properties, until we finally find the right one for our needs. Kris has a ton of local knowledge and she did a lot of work to get our house priced correctly, listed, and then sold within our desired time frame. She helped us stage the house for showing and hired a photographer to put together a really cool interactive 3D tour. Her experience and professionalism helped ensure that we had no hiccups throughout the sales process. She was also able to recommend high quality local service providers for the painting and cleaning that was needed prior to the sale.
