When we were looking for a home, Rob was able to give us information without any pressure at all. We went through 5 or 6 locations before we settled on one. He negotiated a lower price quickly that we liked and the seller was willing to take. Everything was done for us and we have been happy. Hire the best real estate team in Utah! We have a 163 step home selling process that nets our clients up to 18% MORE for their home. The average Realtor spends $1400 a year in marketing while we spend over $250k!

4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?

I work well with clients where there is a clear understanding on what their expectations are and what they are trying to accomplish. Exceeding the sellers expectations is always what we strive for.

5) How did you get started in Real Estate?

I started in real estate back in 2002 as I was always fascinated with how most people build their wealth. Real Estate is a sure investment to build from and it's great to see clients build their assets through home-ownership.

6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?

I fly around the country multiple times a year to train agents on how to better serve their clients. I also exceed my required continuing education by 3 fold. I'm a full time professional that will give my clients an incredible experience.
