We were on a timetable of sorts to make our move out of Wilmington, and we needed a listing agent that would get us a contract on our home quickly, but at a price in step with the market. Kraig knocked it out of the park for us! Our home went live on a Thursday, and by Saturday we had multiple offers in hand. He guided us through all the pros and cons of each offer, and we had the perfect buyers under contract by Sunday morning. He communicated with us well and kept us informed, and looked out for our best interests every step of the way, all the way to closing day. Although I was not interested in the house I talked to Kraig about my wants and needs he then kept me up-to-date on every property that came on the market. While he was on vacation I found a property he sent his assistant to view the property with me. I agreed to purchase the property and every day until the completion of the contract Kraig was in contact with me from his vacation. His attention to detail was amazing he was able to walk me through the DocuSign, and all the other paperwork required. He is very conscientious, Knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile.I highly recommend Kraig and if a situation should arise that I need to sell the property or buy another he would definitely be my only choice.
