Krag did an excellent job of selling our cabin with 100 acres of hunting land. He was very personable and prompt with his visits and in responding to any questions and concerns we had about the selling process. I truly wish I would not have a negative review to write, but after the situation my husband and I went through with Krag, we unfortunately are not left with anything positive to say. We had been looking at properties throughout Dunn County with Krag for a couple of years, on and off, as we trusted his knowledge of the area and had known him to be the "local expert" in real estate. We found a property to purchase and ended up with an accepted offer. All trust and confidence with him very quickly vanished when an issue arose during the inspection and he turned into someone we no longer felt comfortable dealing with. That was when we immediately realized that he was not looking out for our best interest in the purchase of this property. We needed someone to help us through a difficult situation, to guide us and make us feel good about whatever decision we made, and Krag was no longer someone we were getting support from. We did not purchase the property, yet we did receive a full price offer on our home that we reluctantly still had listed with Krag. However, after we accepted the offer, we barely heard from Krag again until a few days before our closing. I personally set up our closing time with the title company, which Krag did not attend. We didn't even get a 'congrats on selling your home!' from him. He is most definitely someone I would never recommend doing a real estate transaction with.
