Kourtney had a very difficult house to sell. As there were so many problems it almost needed to be sold as is. She also had to deal with a renter that would not move out. Kourtney stayed with all the problems and completed the sale at a price better than I expected. The price it sold at was the price Kourtney said to list it for originally.
