Hello! My name is Kourtney Butler. I am a wife, a mama to 5 fun and crazy kids, a homeschooler, a Realtor and a runner! I absolutely LOVE raising my family in the White Mountains, and I LOVE helping buyers find their "Home Sweet New Home" here! Kourtney was amazing for us! She sent us updates on many homes in the areas we were looking to buy with all the criteria we were looking for in our first home purchase. She was able to get us into several homes to view on a moments notice. She recommended a mortgage firm that we ended up using and the entire process went very smooth. She did an outstanding job for me! When buying two hours from home it was important that Kourtney understood exactly what we were looking for. It is more than just the home, its the surrounding, the proximity of neighbors that ore often masked (in the photos) when buying in a smaller/ rural community. These things were important so she didn't waste my time on ones that she knew I wouldn't go for. I told her, when I see it , I'll buy it so she knew I was serious and now I am a happy second home owner!

As first time home buyers we were super nervous! I wouldn't recommend anyone but Kourtney! She was super awesome with showing us several homes and to always answers our questions! Kourtney has always been fast at responding and keeping us in the loop throughout the whole process! If you are looking to buy/sell she's the one you want!!
