I am not sure where I should start with the kudos for Kory as he not only sold our house (in about 3 hours), but also represented us as the buyer our new home. Every step of the way, we felt reassured and confident that Kory had our best interests at heart. Keep in mind that this was at the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic when everyone's stress level was at an all-time high. He was patient and understanding, but maybe most of all, he is an excellent listener and truly cares about his clients. While many may see this as just another transaction (or two), it was clear to us that is not how Kory approaches his career, clients and reputation. I wish I could give more than a 5 star rating, but suffice it to say we highly recommend Kory Seitz and while we think this is our forever home, we would work with him again in a heartbeat.
