Communication with Kodi was incredibly frustrating. They were frequently unresponsive to calls and emails, leaving me in the dark about the status of my property sale. When they did bother to respond, their answers were often vague and unhelpful, providing little reassurance or guidance. One of the most egregious examples of Kodi's incompetence came during the marketing of my property. Despite assurances that they would actively promote my listing, it was on the market for weeks without any significant interest. To make matters worse, she demonstrated a complete lack of negotiation skills during the sale process. They seemed unwilling or unable to advocate for my interests, settling for terms that were far less favorable than what I had hoped for.
