Graduating from Arizona State University in 1994, she surprised everyone by becoming an LPGA Golf Professional, despite never picking up a club before college. In under three years, she earned her stripes as a member of the LPGA, breaking barriers in a male-dominated sport through sheer determination and passion. In 1999, Kodi traded her golf clubs for real estate keys, embarking on a new adventure. Recognizing the importance of full-time dedication to her clients, she swiftly transitioned into a full-time real estate agent, leaving behind her golfing days. With her boundless energy and hunger for success, she quickly earned her broker's license and e-pro designation, amassing over two decades of expertise in the field. This was the second home that we have sold with Kodi and the first purchase with her. This market was much different than the first time. With Kodi working on the sale, we were so well taken care of. Her communication and customer service skills are amazing. She checked in with us regularly throughout the entire process. We purchased a for sale by owner home with her and she did all of the right things to get it closed quickly after our sale had to close fast.
