Let me start by saying I have worked with several RE agents in the past. Some good and some not so good. However, my experience with Kaydee Wilson and her team at the Riddle Group have made what can be a stressful experience into a pleasant journey. I can't say enough good things about working with Kaydee! We were a little nervous about the entire process but Kaydee took the time to explain every step clearly. We hired Ross as our Seller's Agent and in one word - AWESOME! When you hire a professional like Ross, you MUST put him in control so don't do a rookie mistake and think you know more than the realtor. You also need to hire a person who knows your particular market and market conditions; and that means all of it. Rookie mistake number two is dictating an absolute price. When we hired Ross, we came in with a particular price in mind, but we told him to dictate the amount and when we should put it on the market. Remember that when you are selling a house, you work as a team with your agent. The singular goal is to sell it quickly while maximizing sale price. We let Ross pick the listing price and when to put it on the market. Finally, rookie mistake number three is trying to sell a house on your own. Do you think a realtor works in a vacuum? No, you get a community; Realtors are professionals that work in their area and work with others. Ross had a showing of our house one day BEFORE it was listed - THAT is how you sell a house! One last thing, Ross gave many suggestions on a preliminary visit and they were amazing suggestions that we followed to the letter. He sold our house 10% above what we were going to list it at and sold it in under a week (Initial Listing to Final Contract). In summary, if you have a house in the North Valley of Phoenix and, specifically, in Cave Creek then Ross is your realtor. FULL STOP AWESOME!
