ZillowVERIFIEDIt's actually pretty shocking how few Realtors have actually sold more than a couple of homes or have more than a couple of years experience as of 2023. It seems incredibly rare to find anyone with adequate experience and knowledge to traverse the every changing real estate market in these recent times. Arguably, I'm one of the toughest clients to have as I've been heavily involved in our home buying process, however Kirk is tenacious and stuck with us and in the end we found what we wanted, even in a market with shrinking inventory and rising interest rates.
