She took the time to know what I needed, and what I wanted (obviously a home is a balance there), I was not in rush to move so we had time on our side. She found me exactly what I wanted (lot of land and a renovation project house), in the exact town & region I wanted. Of coarse given the market, we over bid, I asked to exceed her recommended number bc my heart was in it already, amd we secured the contract. She provided excellent inspectors to work with (well, septic, pest, home, appraisors, surveyors....) whom provided the insight needed for confidence in my purchase. After a few last minute title issues that almost delayed closing for weeks, she got all parties involved to step up and get it done before my rate lock ended. I couldn't be more happy with her service, as a technical engineer she ablieged every question during the process. I have already passed her name along to friends looking to buy, and investment colleagues who work rental market.
