After for going through the entire process and giving his son closing costs, a repair fund and my realtor taking a reduced commission he ghosted and got cold feet on the final day to sign with just hours left. He then had the audacity to ask my realtor to release earnest funds back to his son because he has aEURoe high anxietyaEUR?. In the final day to sign multiple people reached out from my realtors office and he did not answer his phone and ghosted all of them. I had to call myself only to hear a childish excuse. This man lacks integrity, professionalism and pride. If he was a new agent I would understand but he has been an agent since 1992, he has no excuse.
