Earlier this year I found myself in the position of having to sell my mother's condo. It was an older unit with outdated finishes, so I wasn't sure that Kirk would be interested in listing it. To my surprise, he was very enthusiastic, and confident it would sell. Even when a construction project began in the lot next door, threatening to block the unit's mountain view, Kirk's enthusiasm didn't wane. We got connected with Kirk through a mutual family member who had just purchased a house with his help and had heard amazing things.
