3) What types of clients have you worked with?
I work with anyone interested in a professional representing them with knowledge, experience, guidance and A to Z management of their buying or selling process.
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
We went under contract with a property for a first time home buying couple. 3 days before closing, the ex-wife seller backed out. My clients were devasted by the loss of that home. I reassured them and counseled them that these things happen, by no fault of their own. I was able to get them back most of their investment and their full escrow amount.
A week later, I had them back under contract with a new home, and we pushed all parties to close in 3 weeks. I worked with my lender partner, and he was able to recover another new home buyer program to help with down payment, as they had lost out on the previous program with the loss of the first deal. They have now moved in, and are extremely happy with the new property.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
Covid hit in 2019, and I exited the Cruise Industry job after 5 years. I did not want to wallow in Netflix for months while no one could work, so I decided to achieve something. I started a real estate mentoring program, started a successful Real Estate Business, and studied for my real estate to support my real estate investment transactions.
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
I have been working for my own business for several years, negotiating with partners, resolving customer issues, and managing operations. I am Proactive, Accomplished, Results and Detail Oriented Professional with a Masters Degree and over 20 years combined experience in business development, strategic planning, budgeting and operations. Highly successful in meeting deadlines, improving productivity/efficiency, and achieving major organizational goals.
