My name is Kimm Kennon and I have lived in Mayes County for 37 years. My roots come from Kentucky. I have a great attitude, I'm personable and honest and I have confidence in my abilities and get a sense of fulfillment by serving others. I know how to see the positive side of every hand that is dealt to me on the daily basis. No matter the outcome of the day I end it with a smile on my face and I know I can sleep at night knowing I've been honest & ethical. I have one 19 year old son AJ Kennon IV. He is my pride and joy. I love spending time with him, my family and friends. I enjoy vacations (cruises), fishing, camping, reunions, riding four wheelers & spending time at the lake. I have been in the Real Estate business for 11 years. My sale production continues to increase every year. For the last 3 years I have continued to be the top producing Realtor in Mayes County. I couldn't have kept this title if it wasn't for clients like you that put your trust in me. I'm a Realtor with Lakeland Real Estate NE OK in Pryor Oklahoma. I recently began my journey with this company in December 2018. This is a well established company. It's located in a great location on hwy 20 next to one of Oklahoma's Best Kept Secret's-Hudson Lake. My success is attributed to my bounding enthusiasm, extensive knowledge of the market and focused attention to each of my clients. I have a unique ability to understand my client's needs and goals and I put together a plan of action that delivers success. I'm known to go above and beyond the call of action to get a deal to the closing table. I'm aggressive in my marketing, strong in negotiations and I'm a solid advocate for my clients.     Kimm Was an absolute pleasure to work with. She is extremely knowledgeable with the properties in the area and will go out of her way on a daily basis to make sure you have the best buying experience ever.When we narrowed the properties down to just a few we wanted the kids to see the houses. Kim was awesome with the girls and they fell in love with her immediately. She even took all of us out jet skiing. Needless to say The entire family appreciates Kimm and all the extras she does for her clients. Absolutely the best real estate experience we ever had a big thank you to Kimm who is a very very special realtor. She truly cares about people and when we finally purchased the perfect home she came over to make sure we were happy and had everything we needed. She even brought a house warming gift.

    Kimm was awesome to work with everything we had a question about she was very fast to answer and if she did not know the answer she got it back to us fast she helped us with so much this being are first home to purchase everything went really smooth through the whole process especially under the conditions with COVID 19
