She was patient and knowledgeable and gave me great advice from finding a lender to finding an inspector to handing me the list of utilities to call to get set up before closing . . . and everything else in-between. There were a number of circumstances involved which required Kim to put in more effort than normal but she did it with ease and knowledge.
