Kimberly Taylor

Hall of Fame, 2019 Triple Diamond Award winning, Kimberly Taylor has almost fifteen years of experience as a Licensed REALTOR in Hot Springs Village after teaching school for 15 years! Kimberly's feature in Top Agent Magazine, Reader's Choice Awards of Best Agents of HSV along with many other awards demonstrate her active roll in the local market! The Taylors have been area residents since 1999, although Kimberly's family has been HSV property owners since the beginning in 1970! Kimberly's philosophy comes from Philippians 2:4 "Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit but in humility consider others above yourself. Each of you should look not only to your own interests but also to the interests of others." This has been the foundation of Kimberly's successful and growing business. Kimberly has earned the National Association of REALTORS Commitment to Excellence Award (C2EX) and a Graduate, REALTOR Institute (GRI) designation in 2020. Raised in central Mississippi, Kimberly has been involved in real estate most of her life! The daughter of Realtors/Developers, Kimberly recalls, "I started working in Mom's real estate office when I was 10! I remember looking up her homes to show in a black and white MLS book, then walking to the other agencies in town to pick up keys!" She became licensed at 18 in Mississippi and sold for 2 years while attending Hinds Community College where she earned an Associates Degree in Accounting. Kimberly graduated from Mississippi State University in 1990 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Education. It was there that Kimberly met her husband and business partner of 27 years, David, who is passionate about flying and sharing the flight experience with others. David's BS degree is in Industrial Technology. David has been a finalist as Reader's Choice Best Business Owner and currently serves as the HSV Board of REALTORS President. David and Kimberly make an unstoppable team focused on helping people have an enjoyable home buying, building, or selling experience. David and Kimberly have three amazing children: Zachary and his wife, Stacey, and Hannah, along with two grandchildren: grandson, Ezekiel and granddaughter, Ruth! Zachary was licensed in January of 2016 after attending NPCC and University of Arkansas. Stacey is a busy stay at home mom and Hannah is a pre-med student at the University of Arkansas. All of the Taylors volunteer in the community and are actively involved in their church, Christian Ministries.
