Kimberly was very insightful and professional during my home buying experience despite the housing market being as crazy as it was. She also gave great insight into what neighborhoods were not as nice to find a home. She also was very knowledgable about some of the new builds and the homes that were coming up in the area. In regards to the actual closing she was excellent in negotiating the price as well as getting the maintenance done by the seller. Overall highly recommend Kimberly for your real estate needs.

We could have not picked a better realtor!! From start to finish see handled every detail from the smallest things to to the largest. Her follow thru was amazing. Tough negotiator, willing to give 150% all the time. Showed up everyday to help in any way. Her knowledge of the real estate market is simply the best and most professional I have had the pleasure to work with. I strongly recommend using Kimberly when selling or buying a home!!
