ZillowVERIFIEDWe found the home we were interested in looking at; listing agent wasn't available, so Kim was referred to us for showing. We decided to purchase home and closed December 2012.We let Kim list our home February 2013. Our main communication was via emails; which is good by me. My main problem was being requested to send the same information; requested previously, to her days after. When information was relayed via phone, I'd request she'd follow up with an email so I could review. I'd have to constantly request, and upon receipt she may have had for a week before sending.
