ZillowVERIFIEDKim Moffitt was a super buyers agent and worked diligently for me in purchasing my home. I am not a new home buyer and I have worked with multiple real estate agents in the past. Kim ranks at the top of agents that I have worked with. I found a home that I absolutely loved, however the asking price was above my price range. I still put in an offer but the counter offer was still above what I was comfortable paying. Since this was an all cash offer, Kim worked with the seller's agent to provide the incentive to the buyers that my offer was the best offer they will receive. Kim's negotiation skills enabled my to purchase my dream home at the price I could afford. She also knew, after only a short few hours, of what type of home and neighborhood that I was looking for and when she showed me this house my house hunting was over! I cannot recommend this agent highly enough! I should also say, that I found Kim through Zillow, and she responded to my within hours of me reaching out to her on Zillow.
