Kim Moffitt was a super buyers agent and worked diligently for me in purchasing my home. I am not a new home buyer and I have worked with multiple real estate agents in the past. Kim ranks at the top of agents that I have worked with. I found a home that I absolutely loved, however the asking price was above my price range. I still put in an offer but the counter offer was still above what I was comfortable paying.
